When Will I Get My Order?
We ship from a number of fulfillment centers across the globe, which may add a few extra days to the shipping time. Please be patient, we promise that our products will be worth it!
United States: 2-3 weeks
International: 2-5 weeks
If it has been over a month and you have not received your shipment, please contact our support team and we will help make everything right.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-5 business days.
Why Am I Getting Separate Packages/Tracking Numbers?
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
How Do I Apply My Discount Code?
On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.
Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?
We sure do! We can offer a 35% off bulk discount for your wholesale needs. Simply contact us if you are interested in our wholesale pricing. Please note that we require a $500 minimum for wholesale purchases.
If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
Can i change or cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org (not more than 24 hours). In case your order is already forwarded to the courier, we can't change it nor cancel it, so it is important to contact us asap.
What should i do when i receive a damage product?
Before we forward your order to the courier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. Due to this, please contact us immediately on email@example.com, and kindly give us a brief description together with the damaged product photos and your order number. We'll solve it with you.
How to return an item?
We offer 100% refund before the order is shipped. Once it's shipped we can't refund since you would receive both goods and the money. If you want a refund after the order is shipped, you have to wait for the order to arrive and ship it back to our address.Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days and we will refund you.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.
My parcel is not moving or updating.
Shipment may be delayed for some reasons such us due to bad weather, long Holidays, customs, a huge number of deliveries and backlogs. If it takes more than 4 weeks since the package was shipped, please contact us.
